Sautéed Scallops

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add seasonings and scallops.
  3. Fry until lightly browned about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in wine or lemon juice and heat thoroughly.
