Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry the sausage and remove from the skillet saving the remaining grease. To the same skillet, add the pepper, onion, butter and mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Cook the soup and the rice in the boiling water for 20 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and serve. If cold, reheat in a 350* oven for 20 minutes.
