Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix syrup and peanut butter together in large saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Add protein powder and stir until blended.
  3. Take off of heat and stir in oatmeal.
  4. When well mixed, quickly transfer to large baking dish or cookie sheet and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate until cool.
