Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat, approximately 4 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and stir, cooking two minutes.
  3. Add potatoes, stock, thyme and parsley.
  4. Bring to a rapid boil.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered 15 minutes.
  6. Add fish, shrimp, pepper flakes, lime juice and pepper. Stir well.
  7. Cook 5 minutes and serve hot.
