Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. BOTTOM LAYER.
  2. Brown turkey and red onions.
  3. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, parsley, rotel, and black beans.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes (this is a good time to make the other two layers).
  5. Spread on bottom of dish.
  6. MIDDLE LAYER.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning.
  8. Spread on top of bottom layer.
  9. TOP LAYER.
  10. Toss cheddar cheese, iceberg, tomatoes, and green onion to mix.
  11. Sprinkle over middle layer.
