Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut pork into cubes.
  2. Dredge in flour and shake off excess.
  3. Heat shortening over med-high heat.
  4. Brown pork and drain off
  5. Bring tomato sauce, tomatoes, green chilis, water, onion, chili powder, cajun seasoning and cumin to a boil.
  6. Add pork.
  7. Add tomato paste to thicken.
  8. Simmer over low heat 1-2 hours stirring occasionally.
  9. Add more seasoning to taste.
  10. Serve over rice or burritos or sanchos .
