Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the four, salt and pepper. Add pork chops and shake to coat.
  2. In a skillet, brown the chops on both sides in butter.
  3. Transfer to a greased 13-in by 9-in x 2-in baking dish.
  4. Add water to dish.
  5. Place onion over chops.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and mustard.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
  10. Pour over pork.
  11. Bake, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
