Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together oils, vinegar, garlic and pepper.
  3. Reserve.
  4. Drain pasta and immediately toss with dressing.
  5. When cool, add salami, peppers, olives, onion, cheeses and parsley.
  6. Toss until all ingredients are coated well.
  7. Serve at room temperature.
