Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 lbs red potatoes , each cut into eighths
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Coat dish with cooking sprat and add potatoes skin side down.
  2. Spray lightly with spray.
  3. Sprinkle on seasoning.
  4. Roast for 40 minutes.
