Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup instant oats
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon.
  2. Mix egg yolks, milk and oil together.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  4. Stir in oats.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  6. Fold into batter.
  7. Bake in preheated waffle iron.
