Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line with cupcake papers for easy removal.
  3. Measure all 7 dry ingredients and sift into a bowl.
  4. Beat egg until frothy.
  5. Mix in oil, mincemeat and milk (or juice).
  6. Add to dry mixture.
  7. Stir to moisten.
  8. Batter will be lumpy.
  9. Bake approximately 20 minutes.
