Noodle and Cheese Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter (use olive oil if you prefer) until soft.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Slowly stir in milk and mustard.
  4. Cook until thickened.
  5. Stir in cheeses, lemon juice and add cooked noodles.
  6. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
