Ninja 3-1: Citrus Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir broth, oil, juice, garlic, zest, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Reserve half the broth mixture.
  2. Pour remaining mixture into a resealable gallon size plastic bag.
  3. Add pork and turn to coat.
  4. Seal bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade.
  6. Set pot to STOVETOP HIGH.
  7. Add pork to pot in batches.
  8. Cook uncovered 5 minutes or until pork is lighly browned on both sides.
  9. Pour reserved broth mixture over pork.
  10. Set to SLOW COOK HIGH for 4-5 hours.
  11. Cobver and cook until pork is tender.
