My Grandmas Minestrone Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Simmer pepperoni in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, except spaghetti and simmer for 30 additional minutes.
  3. Break spaghetti into 1/4 inch pieces. Add spaghetti to the pot and simmer until pasta is al dente.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve with warm, crusty bead.
