Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in frying pan and toss in the mushrooms.
  2. Place bread in toaster or under the grill and toast both sides lightly.
  3. When bread is toasted spread with the butter.
  4. After mushrooms are sauted and warmed through arrange on the slice of toast.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled stilton chesse over the mushrooms.
  6. Place toast with mushrroms and stilton on a baking sheet and slide under a hot grill just long enough to melt the cheese.
  7. ENJOY
