Ingredients:

  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups cornmeal

Directions:

  1. Slice 6 large green tomatoes. Dip in well beaten eggs and yellow corn meal. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry in bacon grease until brown.
