Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix thoroughly: meat, eggs, bread crumbs, salt (to taste), and onion.
  3. Form into 1 to 2 inch balls.
  4. Brown in a frying pan with olive oil.
  5. Place in baking dish or crockpot.
  6. Mix soup, water, and parsley. Pour over meatballs.
  7. Bake until cooked thoroughly (about 15 min in oven).
  8. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
