Moist Applesauce Health Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, beat together applesauce, egg, oil, honey
  2. Set bowl aside
  3. In medium bowl, combine whole wheat, white flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg
  4. Add this to the applesauce mixture, stirring just to moisten
  5. Sitr in raisins
  6. Divide batter into 12 muffin cups
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
  8. Delicious and good for you!
