Ingredients:

  • 5/8 cups white flour
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 5/8 tsp baking soda
  • 5/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 7/8 tsp egg white
  • 5/8 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. In one bowl, cream together the water, margarine, egg and sugar
  2. Combine all of the dry ingredients and mix with the wet ingredients
  3. Add the pumpkin
  4. Spoon mixture into muffin cups
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
