Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Tear bread into small pieces& place into large mixing bowl.
  3. Add dry stuffing mix& milk.
  4. Let sit until all or most of milk is absorbed.
  5. Add ground beef, sausage, onion& seasonings.
  6. Add eggs& combine with meat mixture.
  7. Mix with hands in order to get even consistency.
  8. Place meat mixture in pan,& form into one large loaf or smaller individual loaves.
  9. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
  10. During last 5-10 minutes, place under broiler to brown top.
