  1. Cut meat into strips and brown in butter.
  2. Add green onions and cook until soft, not brown.
  3. Add broth and chili sauce, heat and scrape pan brownings.
  4. Add green beans and heat through.
  5. Season to your liking with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve over egg noodles.
