I have no idea where this came from, I've had it in my box for nearly 25 years. Quick weeknight dinner. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs top round steaks |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 cup green onion, sliced |
1/2 cup beef broth |
1/2 cup chili sauce |
salt and pepper |
14 1/2 ounces green beans, drained |
Directions:
1. Cut meat into strips and brown in butter. 2. Add green onions and cook until soft, not brown. 3. Add broth and chili sauce, heat and scrape pan brownings. 4. Add green beans and heat through. 5. season to your liking with salt and pepper. 6. Serve over egg noodles. |
