Ingredients:

  • 12 potatoes , medium
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes.
  2. Boil potatoes.
  3. Mash.
  4. Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan cheese.
  5. Put in 9x13 pan.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake 1/2 hour in 375 degree oven then brown under broiler.
