Hot And Spicy Peanuts

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 can ( 12 oz. ) salted peanuts
  • 1 can ( 12 oz. ) spanish peanuts
  • 1 teasp. salt
  • 1/2 teasp. chili powder

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet heat oil to hot. add the red pepper flakes and cook for 1 min.
  2. Stir in garlic and the peanuts.
  3. Turn heat to medium. cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly
  4. Remove from heat sprinkle with salt and the chili powder
  5. Drain on paper towels
  6. Cool completely
  7. Store in an air tight container
  8. Make 4 cups
