Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In skillet brown ground beef, sprinkle with steak seasoning
  2. In large pot heat extra virgin olive oil with the butter, throw in onion and garlic, saute till soft.
  3. Drain ground beef and add to onion & garlic, pour in tomoatoes, water, bouillion
  4. Bring to boil then lower to simmer, add remaining veggies, bay leaves, thyme, and some more steak seasoning
  5. Let simmer 30 min or more
  6. Serve with biscuits, cornbread, crackers...or whatever floats your boat.. :)
  7. *Note-you can either fish out the bay leaves or leave them in and whoever gets them is the 'lucky' one. Just make sure nobody tries to eat them. lol
