Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients and pour over tenderloin. Cover and chill 8 hours. Grill for 20-30 min. Slice thinly and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
