Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook Ronzoni Smart pasta in 4 quarts of boiling water.
  2. Drain pasta and cover while cooking turkey and vegetables.
  3. Finely chop garlic, onion and Red Bell Pepper and slice mushrooms.
  4. Saute garlic in olive oil, then add turkey to cook until done.
  5. Then add onions red pepper and mushrooms.
  6. Add water as necessary to saute vegetables until soft.
  7. Add red sauce to vegetables and heat thoroughly.
  8. Mix cooked pasta with turkey vegetable sauce and serve.
