Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 medium onions, chopped

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix meat with the one onion (minced), parsley, bread cubes, egg, salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Make into paddies and fry to brown outside. Remove from pan.
  3. 3. Put remaining ingredients in pan with the remaining chopped onions and hamburgers. Cover and simmer for about one hour.
