Flank Steak in Stir Fry Marinade

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop the green onion.
  2. Rinse the flank steak and pat dry.
  3. Place flank steak in a zip top bag.
  4. Mix remaining items and pour into bag.
  5. Marinate 8 hours to overnight.
  6. Grill very hot 4-5 minutes a side.
  7. Let rest, covered in foil (5 min).
  8. Slice diagonally on the bias (through the grain).
