Flank Steak in Stir Fry Marinade |

This is a combo of my favorite stir fry sauce and my favorite meat cut. Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak |
4 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate |
2 teaspoons grated ginger |
3 garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon peanut oil |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 green onion |
Directions:
1. Chop the green onion. 2. Rinse the flank steak and pat dry. 3. Place flank steak in a zip top bag. 4. Mix remaining items and pour into bag. 5. Marinate 8 hours to overnight. 6. Grill very hot 4-5 minutes a side. 7. Let rest, covered in foil (5 min). 8. Slice diagonally on the bias (through the grain). |
