Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Combine first seven ingredients (eggs- pepper) in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in green chilies and red bell pepper (if using).
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until it is lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
