Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sifted flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • filling
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. PANCAKE;
  2. Beat the eggs, water & salt together. beat in the flour.
  3. Heat a 7 in skillet with a little oil & pour a little of the batter into it to make a thin pancake.
  4. Cook until browned on the botton.
  5. Remove, browned side up, & stack while preparing filling.
  6. FILLING;
  7. Cook the celery, onion, scallions, & cabbage in the oil for 5 min stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in the salt, pepper & tuna or chicken. Cool
  9. Place a heaping tbsp of filling one end of ea. pancake & roll up, tucking opposite end in.
  10. Seal with a little beaten egg & Chill
  11. Fry in deep fat heated to 380 deg. until brown
  12. Serve with Hot mustard & Duck sauce
