Ingredients:

  • 1 can le seuer pea
  • 1 can white corn
  • 1 jar pimiento
  • 1/2-3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Drain canned vegetables of all liquid.
  2. Put all vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Cook vinegar,oil,salt,sugar, and pepper till sugar dissolves.
  4. Add to vegetables.
  5. Place in the fridge.
  6. Better if it sits over night.
