  • 2 oz pimentos
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Shake dressing ingredients, pour over vegetables.
  2. Refrigerate over night.
