Easy Spinach Bread Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach
  • 1 (2 oz) package vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Cut the top off the cob loaf and keep to use as a lid when serving.
  2. Core the inside of the loaf in pieces to use as dippers.
  3. Mix ingredients together in a bowl then blend slightly with a bamix style mixer.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Place cored loaf on a serving platter.
  6. Pour dip into the loaf.
  7. Place bread dippers around the loaf ready to use.
  8. Put the bread lid on the loaf and serve.
