Easy Low Fat Satay (Peanut) Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan add oil, onions and garlic stir until the onions become transparent.
  2. Add chilli and curry powder and stir for a further 2 minutes to release the flavor.
  3. Stir in penut butter and then add tomatoes and stock.
  4. Simmer for 5-7 minutues.
  5. Add lemon salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Enjoy!
