Easy  Baked Honey  Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Place salmon on a greased broiler pan.
  2. In a small saucepan, mix butter, honey and mustard.
  3. Simmer until thick and smooth, about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread mixture on salmon.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes, basting with glaze once or twice.
