Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute sausage in oil in large saute pan over med- high heat 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add onion celery, bell pepper, and garlic.
  3. Cook until soft another 1-2 minures.
  4. Stir in rice, to caot with flavors cook 1 min.
  5. Add bay leaf, and brith and seasonings and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes longer.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes, fluff with a fork, and stir in scallions
