Ingredients:

  • 1 package of ramen noodles ( toss the flavor packet)
  • 2 tbsp bangkok badang thai peanut sauce
  • 1/2 a lemon

Directions:

  1. Cook your noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain water.
  3. Return noodles to pan.
  4. Turn heat down.
  5. Add Soy, Peanut Sauce and Juice of 1/2 Lemon to pan.
  6. Toss to coat.
  7. Plate and top with Peanuts.
