My significant other came up with this quick & easy kinda-thai side dish when the pantry was gettin low. Ingredients:
1 package of ramen noodles (toss the flavor packet) |
2 tbsp bangkok badang thai peanut sauce |
1 tsp lite soy sauce |
1/2 a lemon |
1 tsp chopped peanuts |
Directions:
1. Cook your noodles according to package directions. 2. Drain water. 3. Return noodles to pan. 4. Turn heat down. 5. Add Soy, Peanut Sauce and Juice of 1/2 Lemon to pan. 6. Toss to coat. 7. Plate and top with Peanuts. |
