Curried Pork and Pepper Stir Fry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine garlic, ginger, curry powder, coriander (or cumin), salt, cayenne and toss with pork strips.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok and cook pork 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in peppers. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add pineapple, juice and honey. Cook 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in cilantro and serve.
