Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the rice (aprox. 1/2 cup per person)
  2. Fry the eggs (1 or 2 per person)
  3. Fry the banana in a frying pan with some olive oil cut in slices
  4. Heat the tomatoe sauce
  5. In a plate serve separately the rice, the egg(s) and two slices of fried banana, spread the hot tomatoe sauce over the rice and serve
  6. Once served, each one can cut the ingredients and mix them all, very special taste!!
