  1. Combine egg and milk in one bowl. Mix flour, pepper, salt, bread crumbs, cheese, and dill weed in another bowl. Place mushrooms in the egg misture, coating well. Then coat in bread mixture. Let stand for a few minutes before frying. Deep fry until golden brown.
