Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream with Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat the eggs well.
  2. Beat in sugar.
  3. Beat in cream, milk, and yogurt, adding the vanilla at the end.
  4. Transfer to ice cream freezer and freeze.
