Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly coat 12 2 1/2 inch muffin cups with cooking spray, set aside.
  2. Combine oats, grape nuts, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in bowl.
  3. In separate bowl, combine egg, applesauce, milk, honey, and oil. Add mixture to dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in craisins and walnuts.
  5. Divide evenly among the 12 muffin cups, bake in a 375 degree oven for 16 to 18 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
