Can't Believe It's Whole Grain Delicious Raisin/Craisin Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup craisins

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well, pour into one 12-cup muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done.
