Morning Apple Raisin Pecan Muffins

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat the oven 350*
  2. Combine all flours, salt, cinnamon and baking powder the add
  3. Chopped pecans, raisin and chopped apples, don’t over mix just fold it
  4. Into the flours.
  5. In a separate bowl combine honey, vanilla, applesauce, eggs,
  6. Oil and stirring until well blended, and reaches creamy consistency.
  7. Gently add the all liquates into the dry flours, Please don’t over mix just
  8. Just folds all the ingredients.
  9. And you know the rest, fills 3/4 your muffin tins ( lightly grease) and bake them 350* F
  10. For 20 to 25 min, till wooden skewer comes out clean.
  11. NB You can change the type of flour that you like it, (I use what I have in home) to prevent to run to store and buy new ingredients, also any dry fruit goes wells
  12. And all will say to you…. The muffin’s are yummy
