  1. In a slow cooker, mix together:
  2. One 24-ounce jar medium or mild salsa
  3. Juice from one lime
  4. /4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  5. One 1.25-oz. package taco seasoning
  6. Jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)
  7. Add 4-6 thawed chicken breasts, cover with salsa mixture, and cook for 6 hours on low.
  8. Top with sour cream/crushed tortilla chips to garnish.
