Directions:

  1. Dice the onions, garlic, carrot, and pepper, sautee in olive oil
  2. Add spices, stir until it starts to smell good
  3. Add tomatoes and beans, stir
  4. Add about 1/2 of the broth
  5. Add crumbles
  6. Add more broth
  7. Bring to a boil, then cover and turn down heat
  8. Simmer till thick
