Chili Bean Sausage Skillet Dinner

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry sausage, pour off excess grease, except for 2 tbsp.
  2. Saute celery, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in remaining grease.
  3. Add sausage and chili beans to sautéed vegetables.
  4. After above is heated through, add stewed tomatoes.
  5. Thicken mixture with cornstarch or flour.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over Fritos or Doritos
